After attending Bates College in Maine and settling in the Boston area, Todd worked as a teacher and school administrator until his twins were born. Todd fell in love with real estate during the process of searching for a new home for his growing family. He and his husband have owned two historic properties, including a late 19th century grand Victorian listed on the Somerville Historic Registry. He currently resides in a mid-century home designed by Robert McMillan, a member of TAC (The Architects’ Collaborative) located in Moon Hill, Lexington.

Todd enjoys spending time with his family. He loves sharing movie classics and having impromptu dance parties with his children, walking his mini-schnauzer, and opening his home to family and friends. He is a former member of the Somerville Historic Commission and currently a member of the Bank Street Children’s Book Committee and chair of its Young Reviewers Program.

As an agent, Todd spends time getting to know his clients and is dedicated to supporting and guiding them through the process of buying or selling a home. He is an astute listener who provides his clients with exceptional personal service. Combined with experience of having designed and renovated his own homes, Todd also has a great vision and sense of style that enable him to see the possibilities in any property. He is energetic and enthusiastic and enjoys sharing his sense of humor. Professional and courteous, Todd would love to help you buy or sell your home.
